1. Goodbye Summer post mortem

   1. Overall successful, just a couple hiccups

      1. Needed a tow truck for one errant car in the Holman’s parking lot

      2. Rain came in near the end, but only for the final hour

         1. Next year? Get a canopy for in-front of the stage?

      3. Sound was in-check for entire event

         1. Official report from Marco was solid

            1. We’re in-line with all requests from Sunrose residents

            2. Pete seemed happy with the Goodbye Summer event

         2. There will be a City Hall testifying this coming Weds

      4. Some vendors no-called, didn’t pay so they won’t be allowed at future events with Kernside

2. New Treasurer Nomination!

   1. V Sri intro

      1. He feels inspired seeing all the events and community organizing

      2. He helped spearhead Goodbye Summer

   2. V Sri voted-in unanimously!

3. Halloween costume contest extravaganza: “Dead or Alive”

   1. You’re dressed as a musician, “dead or alive”

      1. No strict rules, just a fun night

      2. DJ tümás performing?

      3. Put on by Rose City Guitar

4. Rose City Guitar officially renting out their space for use

5. Rainbow Road PDX instagram being spearheaded by Elizabeth

   1. Happy to post and share anything by neighboring businesses

6. Community Commerce issue with managing POS through Rose City Guitar

   1. Concerns with CC’s involvement with other businesses as well

   2. Discussion will continue among board members on how to handle this best
