1. Goodbye Summer updates from Vee and Jude

   1. Musicians booked

   2. Posters designed

   3. Thomas to send out a letter for booths

   4. Will run from 3 to 8pm, and then an afterparty at 9pm

   5. Noise variance to be submitted

2. Noise complaint from the apartments across the street from Moonshot

   1. They’ve been writing city councilors and submitting a freedom of information act request for those variances

   2. Events had nothing to do with Kernside, but we’re still taking measures to be courteous

3. Halloween events

   1. Dressing up as famous musicians

   2. No indoor events this Halloween because of weather

4. Arcadia Trueheart, artist in residence intro

   1. Several different projects

   2. Looking for collaborations with local businesses

5. Rainbow Road sign being designed

   1. What about how to display upcoming events and incorporate this?

   2. Looking more “community driven” and less corporate

6. Graffiti chat and murals, how to maintain upkeep
