1. Intros

2. Rose City concert was a lot of fun, good merch

3. Final budget report of street faire resented by Thomas

   1. We made about $24k from the street faire

   2. A copy of the budget breakdown (estimated vs actual) was provided to everyone present

   3. Some items were cheaper than expected

4. Room for improving next year’s street faire?

   1. Stage underutilized

   2. Sound guy booked by us next time

   3. Beer garden missing

   4. More shade next time, shelter tents

   5. Water stations

   6. More food carts

   7. Businesses all had great turnouts

   8. We will need flaggers on Burnside

   9. A place for kids to play (if not a bounce house)

5. Ways to spend our new funds?

   1. Thomas informally proposed saving half of our profit for next year's faire

      1. Lots of nodding

   2. Make a video to promote?

6. New kernside sign coming, and schedule on sandwich boards 

7. Fifty Licks still planning on coming back into original space

8. Staccato Gelato is being evicted

9. New coffee chain moving into the old Starbucks space, possibly September?

10. Food Carts on 28th starting new construction in October, scheduled for 4 months to complete

11. PDXwoofmeow update

    1. Dolly Parton lookalike contest was successful 

    2. Sports theme upcoming

12. Three potential hosts for a cropswap

13. Promoting more for bike travelers

14. Goodbye Summer event!

    1. Vee Sri volunteered to help

    2. Booths? Musicians?

    3. New comedians this time.. kickstand?

15. Halloween and Xmas events brainstorm 

16. New physical map of kernside being designed
