1. Kernside merch now available

2. Rainbow Road sign was damaged

   1. Proposal by Thomas is to create a more permanent sign

      1. A metal cut

      2. Painted by studio sign co.

         1. Possibly $500-$1000 cost

            1. Asking Gorges, Moonshot and Crema if they’d like to contribute

      3. Is this a good use of funds? How do we feel about this?

         1. No dissent, all in agreement

      4. Contact Willamette Week, do a ribbon cutting event!

   2. Were there any cameras that captured this?

      1. Suspected person to be having a mental illness episode

3. Street fair updates

   1. Booths

      1. 160 applications

         1. Said yes to about 70% of these

            1. Trying to keep diversity high

            2. Managing expectations as some will probably be disappointed

      2. Need to update website

   2. Volunteers still needed for the day

      1. Selling raffle tickets

      2. Handing out swag

      3. Age 16+ with a note from parent/guardian that they’re in approval with their child assisting

   3. Busking locations?

   4. Signposts?

      1. pointing to various things happening at the faire, to help migrate people toward Sandy

      2. “Follow this road for…”

   5. If this fair is successful…

      1. We can expand further down the street next year

   6. Any assistance from PBOT?

      1. What is PBOT doing to help traffic control?

         1. Our coordinator is handling this, so we don’t have to worry

   7. First Aid team will be on site

4. More Rainbow Road updates

   1. Music events put on by rose city guitar has been going well

      1. First weekend, $70 in tips

      2. Second, maybe lower turnout but still able to pay musicians $20 each

      3. Gorges has been very helpful, putting up scan codes to tip artists

      4. Advertising the event

         1. More instagram visibility

         2. Any physical flyering?

            1. Not a lot, but a little

   2. Kernside Serenade off to a pretty decent start

   3. Monthly crop swap

      1. Being handled by Greta

5. Whatsapp Security group

   1. Not a lot of feedback or interest from the email, so probably not going to happen

6. Vacant Starbucks space

   1. Will be taken by a regional coffee shop chain

7. Summer Concert this year will be festival

   1. Rose City will be sending out an email for sponsors and vendors

   2. Happening the week AFTER the street fair, June 28th

   3. Anything anyone wants to do to help, there will be a raffle

   4. Location: Rossi Farms

   5. Bands playing, games to play, etc.

   6. Usually minimum 100 people in attendance

8. Wine Walk

   1. 50% tickets sold

   2. Now two weeks away

   3. Everything printed, ready to roll

9. Question re: when City Councilor visited last meeting

   1. A NET (Neighborhood emergency team) Representative for Kerns

      1. Earthquakes, catastrophes, etc.

         1. Is there funding for this?

         2. Maybe we can bring them for a discussion soon

10. Any last minute observations? Questions?

    1. Joe’s gym is new, been around for 3 months, just curious to get to know the community

       1. Having an event coming up soon, connecting with other gyms

    2. Dave has moved the monthly KNA meetings to the Splash apartments

       1. Maybe there’s a way to see how to utilize this new rented space for other artists and events
