1. Several City Council members have reached out for our endorsement of the Fair Share Tax Ordinance

   1. City level income tax exemption will be risen from 75k to 500k

   2. Annual savings will be about $900 per business

      1. We discussed our thoughts and feelings about this, and cast a vote

         1. We voted YES to endorse

2. V gave an update on Community Commerce and their predatory practices

   1. We’re going to put out a statement to our members

3. Update on October music events

   1. Halloween Costume Contest

4. Update on Holiday tree

   1. We’re allowed to have one!

      1. We’ll get a proper stand and tree stand bolted to the Rainbow Road stage

      2. We’ll light it up and decorate it

      3. 12 Days of Kernside prize event!

5. Tom has an event at Flying Fish Co coming up

6. Rosaline Coffee will be opening this fall (they’re painting now)

7. Discussion on how to support the cart pod off Glisan now that they’ve moved?

8. Intro to Dresden of Weird Portland United!
